Lean on Me Disability Support Services Ltd Pty, provides quality supportive and safe living environments through Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes.

We currently have one SIL home based in Coffs Harbour and are looking to expand to 4 SIL homes across the Mid North Coast in the near future. Our homes provide comfort and community for individuals like you, who may have a lot of support needs and require help most of the time at home.

Once you’ve moved into your new home, our dedicated team will sit down with you to assess your requirements and provide solutions that best suit you. We can give you the support you need to live there, helping you be in control over how you want to live and manage your life.

Our team of certified and experienced support staff will assist you to learn and grasp new skills, and develop a strong bond with your community.
