Melissa is Lean on Me Disability Support Services very own Director, CEO and founder, and has been for a number of years.

Lean on Me DSS is an organisation focused on people. Our mission is to enhance the lives of our clients with disability, by creating choice and control. Working together with families, friends and dedicated staff.

Our service is focused on Supported Living Independent (SIL) homes; community participation; group activities; transport; cleaning; house and lawn maintenance; developing skills for independent living; and exlore supported independent accommodation options.

Our team work alongside participants, their families, support coordinators and Allied Health workers, to assist our participants with a person centred approach, to living the most enriched independent fulfilling life possible.

We value our participants, and always strive to provide well trained staff support, with cost effective solutions in all aspects of service. Delivery, whilst promoting equality and innovative justice within the community.
